In 1985, Dame Elisabeth Murdoch established a Scholarship Fund aimed at developing expertise in and knowledge of deafness. The fund is administered by the Advisory Council for Children with Impaired Hearing.
Early childhood, educational and health professionals are invited to apply for a scholarship to undertake studies in the field of deafness or in research areas which add to an evidence base for family-centred early intervention services for hearing impaired children. Studies need to be undertaken at Masters or PhD level at a tertiary institute in the State of Victoria.
Applications are currently closed.
